Chef-owner Marc Murphy combines two trendy comfort foods with this item — a favorite at both of the restaurant’s locations in New York City.

He grills an all-beef hot dog and puts it on a slightly charred potato bun. He tops it with macaroni in a blend of melted gruyere, American and Parmesan cheeses.

Two of the hot dogs with French fries are $14.
